Join us for an unforgettable contemplative, ritual-based, embodied, playful exploration of the 5 Buddha Families, an ancient Buddhist Elemental teaching.
We will tap into the energies of Water, Fire, Earth, Air and Space to unearth our wisdom and see with clarity who we are. We will also explore our own shadow–our unacknowledged pain and emotional blind spots. Together we will release habits and patterns that no longer serving us personally or collectively. We’ll use ritual, contemplative practice, interplay, and other embodied somatic work.

Shadow Play is an unforgettable contemplative, ritual-based, embodied playful exploration of the 5 Buddha families, an ancient Buddhist elemental teaching that can be used to help us to see our wisdom and our shadow helping us to transform what is not serving us.
Emotions come in waves. One minute you’re in the grips of raw emotions like sadness and anger, then you find a moment of stability. Riding The Waves of Emotion is a program that will teach you how to anchor yourself while allowing the energy of your emotions to pass through your body.
Transforming Justice is a conflict resolution approach using restorative and transformative justice processes and containers to hold and work through conflict through the engagement of the community.
